Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of our company.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments, utilizing your excellent communication skills.
  • Schedule appointments and manage office calendars, ensuring timely and efficient use of our resources.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and correspondence, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable, reflecting positively on our company's image.
Requirements:
