Office Administrator

Reparation Dent Tec Repair specializes in providing high-quality automotive dent repair services. With a dedicated team of professionals, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and maintaining a reputation for excellence in the industry.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain organized filing systems and databases
- Coordinate appointments and schedules for technicians and customers
- Assist with invoicing, billing, and accounts receivable/payable
- Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed
- Assist with payroll processing and employee record-keeping
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide administrative support to the management team as needed
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of automotive industry terminology and processes is a plus
**Salary**: $21.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
