Sales Strategy & Execution:

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional with 7-10 years of experience in field or regional sales, preferably in the powersport, automotive, or recreational vehicle industry. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and adjusting sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive market expansion.

Team Leadership:

You will lead a high-performing field sales team, fostering a results-driven and customer-centric culture. Your ability to hire, mentor, and manage top performers will be critical in achieving sales targets.

Prospecting & Lead Generation:

A successful candidate will drive new business by identifying and prospecting potential leads, utilizing cold calling and other outreach efforts. Your analytical skills and data-driven insights will inform sales strategies and product positioning.

Performance Analysis:

You will monitor sales metrics, prepare business reporting and forecasting, and refine strategies to improve results. Collaboration with our Marketing department will ensure account activities and materials are current, contributing to increased brand awareness and market share.

Market Intelligence:

A background in CRM and sales analytics tools is essential, along with proficiency in passport and driver's license requirements.
