About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Chief Sales Director to lead our sales team at North Country BBQ & Cocktail Bar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership and be able to drive revenue growth.

Job Description

The Chief Sales Director will be responsible for:

  • Allocating material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorizing and organizing the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Establishing objectives for the organization and formulating or approving policies and programs.
  • Representing the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Selecting middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegating necessary authority to them and creating optimum working conditions.
  • Establishing financial and administrative controls; formulating and approving promotional campaigns; and approving overall human resources planning.
Requirements

To be successful as a Chief Sales Director at North Country BBQ & Cocktail Bar, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
