The Breakfast Group is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales Director to lead our sales team in building strong relationships with business clients and negotiating sales contracts.

About the Role

As a Strategic Sales Director, you will be responsible for allocating resources, coordinating regional work, establishing objectives, and representing the organization in negotiations and official functions.

You will work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and have a large workload. However, you will also have the opportunity to establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to work as part of a team. You must also have a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.

You should be organized, able to prioritize tasks, and have a strong attention to detail. Additionally, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.

Workplace Information

This is a permanent, hybrid role that requires 35 hours of work per week. The language of work is English, and you will be expected to represent the organization professionally in all interactions.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. We also offer benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
