As a New Home Sales Director at Georgian Communities, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and exceeding targets in our competitive market. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for our master-planned communities, such as Windfall at Blue, Craighurst Crossing, Victoria Annex, and upcoming projects in Nottawa, ON.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for all homebuyers.
  • Mentor and motivate the sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
  • Analyze market trends, manage competitive insights, and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with marketing, construction, and customer service teams to align efforts and maximize sales performance.
  • Build and nurture relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and other key stakeholders to increase visibility and community sales.
  • Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and budgets, providing clear reporting and recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Equivalent experience in sales leadership, particularly within residential real estate, may be considered in place of formal education.
  • At least 10 years of sales management experience, with a minimum of 5 years in residential real estate, preferably new home sales.
  • Proven success in driving sales growth and meeting or exceeding targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Deep understanding of the Ontario real estate market, including industry regulations and emerging trends.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.

Compensation:
