Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director - Sales Department to lead our sales team at North Country BBQ & Cocktail Bar.

Responsibilities
  • Strategically allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs, driving business growth and success.
  • Cultivate a high-performing sales team by selecting, training, and mentoring middle managers, directors, and other executive staff members.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, ensuring effective budget management and resource allocation.
  • Develop and execute promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Maintain a fast-paced work environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to represent the organization in negotiations and official functions.
  • A proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams, with a focus on employee development and retention.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive business results.
