Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Office Coordinator to join our team at TOOTH CORNER DENTAL OFFICE. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in administrative tasks, and have experience working in a fast-paced office environment.

About the Role

The Executive Office Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring seamless communication within the team. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Coordination and Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events with minimal supervision.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train staff members to ensure they are meeting their responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication systems to ensure smooth workflow and collaboration among team members.
  • Budgeting and Administration: Assist with budget planning and administration, including tracking expenses and maintaining financial records.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports, providing insights and recommendations to management.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Work Setting: Health care institution, facility, or clinic.
What We Offer
