We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Real Estate Administrative Coordinator to join our team at ASB Law Office.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to our real estate lawyers, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients, agents, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Determine and establish efficient office procedures and routines to optimize productivity.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Compose and key in correspondence and legal documents with precision and accuracy.
  • Review and proofread documents and correspondence to guarantee compliance with legal procedures and grammatical standards.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including reconciliations and record-keeping.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Post-secondary education, preferably in a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Able to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
