About the RoleThe Corporate Receptionist serves as the primary point of contact for clients and teams, embodying our commitment to exceptional client service. The role involves warmly welcoming and assisting clients entering our offices, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients entering the office, providing a warm and inviting experience.
- Manage all incoming calls to the corporate branch, transferring them to the appropriate teams.
- Respond to client inquiries via telephone, email, and in person, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Organize catering and equipment for meetings and special events in the branch.
- E nsure users of the boardrooms are vacated in a timely manner, followed by cleaning and tidying for the next users.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when dealing with clients and their information.
- Provide administrative support to the branch team and backup support to specialists.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist/customer service role, preferably in a Financial Services firm.
- A post-secondary education degree in business, commerce, economics, or related discipline is an asset.
- A genuine interest in developing professionally within the Financial Services industry and willingness to complete industry-related courses.
- Excellent client service skills to anticipate client needs and follow up in a timely manner.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.
- Ability to work from the office environment.
