Overview

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior executives, coordinating meetings and events, managing budgets and expenses, and maintaining accurate records and files. They will also be required to develop and implement office procedures and routines, schedule appointments, answer phone calls and electronic enquiries, and compile data and statistics as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be highly organized, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

You should have experience using MS Office software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and be proficient in scheduling and managing calendars. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
