Description and Requirements

The ideal Sales Representative will be sales-oriented, articulate, and possess sound verbal and written skills, with the desire to reach high performance sales targets. A basic understanding of data center infrastructure including server configuration, network and cloud topology, and storage architecture is required.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage configuration support requests from inbound sales calls and provide accurate, tailored quotes for server and storage solutions.
  2. Engage in inbound and outbound sales calls, as well as chat interactions, to drive revenue, margin performance, and exceptional customer satisfaction (CX).
  3. Assist the eCommerce telesales team in qualifying customer requirements via phone and email.
  4. Support the local ISG eCommerce business by identifying cross-sell opportunities and generating leads in collaboration with IDG eCommerce telesales agents.
  5. Drive profitable revenue growth across the ISG eCommerce server and storage portfolio.
  6. Collaborate with inbound, outbound, and channel sales teams to achieve shared revenue and profit goals, including pipeline follow-up and qualification.
  7. Track and report weekly customer interactions, target attainment, and provide quarterly performance updates, forecasting, and business planning.
  8. Demonstrate digital proficiency and a willingness to enhance your skills in eCommerce technology.
  9. Minimum of 2 years of proven technical sales experience.
  10. Enthusiastic about IT products and a student of a data center and technology.
  11. Possess experience with CRM (Salesforce.com,) and/or Microsoft 365.
  12. Ability to travel to customer's site when required.
