US Corporate and Healthcare Sales Leader

Lenovo is a global technology powerhouse with a revenue of over $57 billion, ranking #248 in the Fortune Global 500. As a US Corporate and Healthcare Sales Leader, you will play a critical role in driving accelerated growth for infrastructure solutions, including Services, Storage, and Software.
This position requires strategic leadership to set the direction, sales vision, and execution for US Corporate and Healthcare customers. You will develop and execute the technology sales strategy, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and deliver innovative technology solutions that align with customer business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- P&L Ownership: Financial responsibility for revenue, gross profit, and investments to develop the business and achieve management targets across infrastructure solutions, software, services, and storage.
- Operational Excellence: Drive operational excellence through business management of leaders and individual contributors.
- Talent/Organization Development: Build a high-performance team, create accountability, and credibility.
- Vision and Strategy Implementation: Align the organization's goals around its vision and strategy while maintaining awareness of changing business conditions.
- Market Analysis and Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop a deep understanding of market conditions, customer requirements, and competitor solutions.
- Strategic Partnerships: Build, develop, and maintain relationships to enhance Lenovo offerings.
Basic Requirements:
- 10+ years of IT industry experience in sales leadership or equivalent role focused on data center/infrastructure in the healthcare and corporate space.
- 5+ years of US or global sales leadership experience, managing leaders and individual contributors.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Requirements:
- Excellent executive presence and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strong track record and demonstrated expertise in developing and maintaining relationships with customers, partners, team members, and key stakeholders.
- Ability to hire, train/coach, and develop sales teams.
- Strong technical, industry, and business acumen.
- Willingness to travel more than 50% of the time, engaging with the market, customers, partners, and US teams.
The estimated salary range for this position is $220,000-$250,000 per year.
