About the Role
This GM role requires executive-level experience in leading, defining, designing, and deploying SaaS and digital web shopping software solutions for B2C in the consumer e-retail industry.
- Application stores and digital commerce
- ISV partner onboarding and engagement at scale
- Merchandising, forecasting, and planning in consumer software applications
The ideal candidate will also have experience managing data at scale, advanced data insights, and/or automation.
- Define global software growth strategy, vision, and execution plan
- Execute outbound go-to-market, sales enablement for organic and partner solutions
- Define solution roadmap by leading inbound activities from architecture to development
- Drive End-to-End SaaS solution portfolio lifecycle management from concept to EOL
- Deliver global customers delight with full customer life cycle and success management
- Influence cross-functional teams for Consumer Segment to drive segment-specific solutions
- Lead high-performance team, retain, and grow top talent
- The candidate is expected to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic startup-like environment and insist on the highest standards.
Requirements
We are looking for a highly experienced individual with:
- 10 years working in SaaS, Software Marketplace, B2C with $10M P&L responsibility
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science or relevant field of study
- Background in SaaS, ecommerce, channel strategies within global B2C, with a proven track record of success at driving results, partnering cross-functionally, and a reputation for hiring and developing the best talent
Salary Range
$150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
