Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of IT industry experience in sales leadership or equivalent roles
  • 5+ years of US or global sales leadership experience, managing leaders and individual contributors
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent executive presence and leadership skills
  • Strong technical, industry, and business acumen

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is between $220,000 and $250,000 per year, plus bonuses and commissions. Lenovo offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching. We also provide opportunities for professional development and advancement.
