Job Description

The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and be able to communicate effectively with clients. They will also be responsible for processing additions, deletions, or changes to client policies on the EPIC broker management system.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will work closely with the sales executive to provide legendary service directly to the client. This will include communicating with the client via phone, email, or text, as well as updating information and confirming data and coverage.

The position requires a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is able to manage their time effectively and prioritize tasks.

  • RIBO license (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario)
