Job Summary:
The Commercial Insurance Account Specialist will provide legendary service directly to clients after sales. They will communicate with clients via phone, email, or text, answer questions, provide advice, collect relevant information, process policy changes, and ensure accurate transactions and renewals.
This role requires excellent customer service skills, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must be willing and eligible to obtain a RIBO license.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legendary service to clients after sales
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, or text
- Answer client questions and provide advice
- Collect relevant client information
- Process policy additions, deletions, or changes on the EPIC system
- Ensure accurate transactions and renewals
- Provide quotations or estimates to clients
- Communicate with insurance company personnel as required
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Open, respectful, honest, and helpful communication style
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness and eligibility to obtain a RIBO license
