Job Description
">We are seeking a Technical Service Representative to join our Commercial Lines division in Brockville, ON. As a TSR, you will work alongside Account Managers and Account Executives to deliver legendary services to our clients.
">Your key responsibilities will include:
">- ">
- Processing renewals, endorsements, and liability slips as requested by the Account Manager.">
- Invoicing, summarizing, and enclosing letters.">
- Sending and distributing daily mail.">
- Filing active and inactive files.">
- Requesting MVRs and Auto Plus records for Account Managers.">
- Assisting Account Managers with driver approvals, including obtaining and verifying Letters of Experience.">
- Filing and updating open claims on the computer system.">
- Setting up new files for Account Managers and Account Executives.">
- Communicating with insurance company personnel as required.">

- RIBO license is not required, but considered an asset.">

Salary Range
">$37,000 - $42,000 per year, plus bonus pay and benefits.
