We are seeking a Technical Service Representative to provide support in our Commercial Lines division. This role will work alongside Account Managers and Account Executives to deliver exceptional services to our clients.

Job SummaryThis role will be responsible for processing renewals, endorsements, liability slips, invoicing, summaries, enclosure letters, proposal binders, and sorting and distributing daily mail. The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be proactive, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Key Responsibilities:- Process renewals, endorsements, liability slips, and other requests from Account Managers
- Invoice clients and process payments
- Manage and maintain accurate records of client files
- Communicate with insurance company personnel as required
- Assist Account Managers with driver approvals and requesting MVR's and Auto Plus records
To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong attention to detail. A RIBO license is not required but considered an asset. The successful candidate must be interested in obtaining their RIBO License.
