Account Manager for Commercial Lines Insurance

With over 650 employees across 58 branches, we offer a comprehensive range of services, including commercial lines insurance.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our Commercial Lines team in Brockville, Ontario. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legendary service directly to clients, communicating with clients in person, by phone, email, text, etc., and collecting relevant information. They will also process additions, deletions or changes to client policies on the EPIC broker management system.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide legendary service directly to clients after the sale by Sales Executives
- Communicate with clients in person, by phone, email, text, etc. to answer questions/inquiries, provide professional advice or recommendations regarding coverage, and collect relevant information
- Process additions, deletions or changes to client policies on the EPIC broker management system
- Ensure all transactions and renewals are accounted for and processed accurately and on a timely basis
- Provide quotations or estimates to clients on premiums, update information, and confirm data and coverage, and record appropriate changes or adjustments
- Communicate with insurance company personnel as required
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Acts in a professional manner at all times and maintains a position of trust and confidentiality
- Acts in an open, respectful, honest and helpful manner with all team members, clients and other staff
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing and eligible to obtain a RIBO license

Salary: $48,000-$55,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional pay includes bonus pay. Benefits include company events, company pension, dental care, disability insurance, employee assistance program, extended health care, life insurance, on-site parking, paid time off, vision care.
