Job DescriptionAs a Technical Service Representative (TSR), you will work alongside Account Managers and Account Executives to deliver exceptional service to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Processing renewals, endorsements, liability slips, and other requests from Account Managers
- Managing daily mail, filing active and inactive files, and requesting MVR's and Auto Plus records
- Assisting Account Managers with driver approvals, including obtaining and verifying Letters of Experience
- Filing, updating, and managing open claims on our computer system
- Setting up new files for Account Managers and Account Executives
- Communicating with insurance company personnel as required
