Commercial Insurance Services Representative

We are seeking a Technical Service Representative to provide support in our Brockville, ON office. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Account Managers and Account Executives to deliver exceptional services to our clients.

Duties include:
- Processing renewals and daily mail as requested by Account Managers
- Requesting MVR's and Auto Plus records for Account Managers
- Assisting Account Managers with driver approvals and Letters of Experience
- Filing, updating, and managing open claims on our computer system
- Setting up new files for Account Managers and Account Executives
- Communicating with insurance company personnel as required
A RIBO license is not required but considered an asset. The successful candidate must be interested in obtaining their RIBO License.
