Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Commercial Lines team in Brockville, Ontario. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing legendary service directly to clients, communicating with them through various channels, and processing policy changes on our broker management system (EPIC).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering client inquiries, providing professional advice, and collecting relevant information.
- Process additions, deletions, or changes to policies on EPIC and ensure timely and accurate transactions and renewals.
- Communicate with insurance company personnel as required and act as liaison between the client, McDougall Insurance, and the insurer.
- Function as part of a team responsible for collecting accounts receivable and assisting in other areas as needed.
- Procure sales by upgrading and bundling coverage for personal lines clients where applicable.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- A professional demeanor at all times and a position of trust and confidentiality.
- An open, respectful, honest, and helpful attitude towards team members, clients, and other staff.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- The willingness and eligibility to obtain a RIBO license.

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum.
