The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team in Brockville, Ontario. As an independent broker, you will act as a liaison between clients, insurers, and McDougall Insurance, balancing their interests and providing professional advice.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service directly to clients, answering inquiries and collecting relevant information.
- Process policy additions, deletions, or changes on the EPIC system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Communicate with insurance company personnel and procure sales through upgrading and bundling coverage for personal lines clients.
- Function as part of a team responsible for assisting in account receivable collection and other areas as required.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Professional demeanor, maintaining trust and confidentiality at all times.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness and eligibility to obtain a RIBO license.
