The Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking a highly skilled Director, Corporate Asset Management to join their team.

Job Description:

In this role, you will provide leadership to the Partnership Investments (PI) Program, including the development of partnerships and delivery of partnership grants. You will support the design of the investment and granting framework for the PI Program and lead its implementation to ensure the program successfully contributes to the Foundation's strategy and mission.

You will provide strategic thinking and leadership to the team from the exploration of potential projects and partners through active partnerships to grant closures. You will also provide strategic advice to the Vice-President of Granting on partnership issues and opportunities, Partnership grants, and the Partnership Investments framework, as well as resource management.

  • Support the design and implementation of the PI Program framework.
  • Lead the development and implementation of strategies to build strategic partnerships and drive the success of the program.
  • Direct the development of a pipeline of opportunities relevant to meeting the objectives of the PI Program.
  • Monitor PI program performance and implement relevant measurement goals.

You will also be responsible for leading digitization of the PI program onto OTF's online granting platform and participating as a member of the OTF Leadership Forum to align with OTF's strategy and business plan.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience at a director level role in corporate, non-profit, or government.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with strong presentation, facilitation, and writing skills.
  • Organizational, project management, and change-management skills.
  • High degree of comfort with technology and various platforms to support a digital-first approach.

This position offers an estimated salary range of $100,000-$140,000 per year, depending on experience.
