About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Account Management to join our team at Loblaw Digital.

The Ideal Candidate

This role requires someone with 7-10 years of experience in a directly relevant field, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional project leadership and managing high-priority projects.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Stay up-to-date on market and technology trends, building strong relationships with external partners in the ecomm/grocery/pharmacy/apparel spaces.
  • Be a thought partner to business leaders, helping create presentations to communicate the business rationale for new partnerships and updates on existing partnerships.
  • Evaluate, drive decisions on, and launch new partnerships from idea to POC, including developing business cases, detailed financial models, and project plans.
  • Manage ongoing relationships with established partners, tracking progress, impact, and key learnings.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Exceptional ability to lead strategic decision making and project execution, from critical thinking to data-driven insights.
  • Demonstrated strength in managing and executing multiple complex projects to deliver value.
  • Strong strategy skillset, including financial analysis, modeling, storytelling, and presentation building.
  • Stellar communication skills, both written and oral, with confidence in presenting ideas to senior leaders.
