Strategic Healthcare Director for Growth and Partnerships

We are seeking a highly skilled Vice President, Account Director to lead our healthcare communications team. This is a unique opportunity to build lasting relationships with clients and drive business growth through strategic partnerships.
About the RoleThis role will involve maintaining close relationships with multiple accounts, developing strong partnerships, and providing strategic support and key growth insights. The successful candidate will be an experienced leader who can command attention and respect, manage group dynamics, and steer clients or agency teams in the right direction.
Responsibilities- Account lead for single brand and mentor junior account team members.
- Create a strong client/agency partnership by understanding product clinical data, competitive landscape, and customer insights.
- Partner with other departments to ensure a cohesive team approach.
- 7-10 years' advertising agency experience required, with at least 5 years of experience working on healthcare and/or pharmaceutical brands.
- Good communication skills, including the ability to develop a clear point of view, tell a compelling story, and sell agency work.
- Knowledge and application of new technologies and innovations affecting the health marketplace.
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
