The right candidate will excel as a Strategic Retail Partnership Director, leading successful partnerships with top North American retailers and driving revenue growth through strategic objectives. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, as you'll be responsible for managing a team of Account Managers, Account Executives, and cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading 5-10 key accounts, fostering long-term partnerships, and delivering flawless cross-functional execution
  • Owning business relationships with senior contacts (Director+) to drive overall partnership strategy and vision
  • Focusing on ongoing external education on the digital shopping landscape and the value of the Flipp platform
  • Performance management, coaching, and scaling a team of Account Managers and Account Executives
  • Supporting career/growth plans through training and feedback
  • Managing revenue and forecasting to meet quota goals alongside the Director of Partner Development

This is a remote-first opportunity that requires 7+ years of sales experience in CPG, Digital Media, or Technology. Experience managing large, complex accounts and managing/coaching team members is essential.
