We're looking for an exceptional individual to join our team at the Amynta Group as a Strategic Business Development Director for Automotive OEM Partnerships. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand Sym-Tech's presence in the Canadian automotive market, focusing on OEM partnerships and collaborations.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with senior executives from leading automotive manufacturers, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging employees to think creatively and develop solutions that drive business growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in national automotive account management or comparable roles within the industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing strategic plans, driving business growth, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to various audiences.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluency in English; French proficiency an asset.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a retirement savings plan.
