Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from $48,000 to $55,000 per year, with additional benefits including company events, pension plan, dental care, disability insurance, employee assistance program, extended health care, life insurance, on-site parking, paid time off, and vision care.
Job Description
- Provide exceptional customer service directly to clients after the sale by Sales Executives.
- Communicate with clients in person, by phone, email, or text to answer questions, provide advice, and collect information.
- Process policy additions, deletions, or changes on the EPIC system.
- Ensure transactions and renewals are accurate and processed on time.
- Provide quotations or estimates to clients on premiums, update information, and confirm data and coverage.
- Communicate with insurance company personnel as required.
- Act as a liaison between the client, McDougall Insurance, and the insurance company, balancing interests and providing expert advice.
- Function as part of a team responsible for assisting in account receivable collection and other areas as needed.
- Procure sales through upgrading and bundling coverage for personal lines clients where appropriate.

- Acts in an open, respectful, honest, and helpful manner with team members, clients, and other staff.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness and eligibility to obtain a RIBO license.
