Salary
The estimated salary for this position is $48,000.00-$55,000.00 per year, plus additional pay opportunities.

Job Description
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Account Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing legendary service directly to clients, communicating with them through various channels, and processing transactions accurately and efficiently. You'll also work closely with insurance company personnel and act as a liaison between clients, McDougall Insurance, and the insurer.

Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, text, or in person
• Process additions, deletions, or changes to policies on the EPIC system
• Ensure all transactions are accurate and timely
• Provide quotations or estimates to clients
• Communicate with insurance company personnel as needed
• Act as a liaison between clients, McDougall Insurance, and the insurer
• Participate in the collection of accounts receivable and other tasks as required

• Professional demeanor at all times and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness and eligibility to obtain a RIBO license
