We are seeking a skilled and professional Office Coordinator to provide exceptional support in our Thunder Bay office. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, and handling administrative tasks to ensure seamless office operations.
Job Summary- Greet and assist visitors, providing a welcoming experience.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to relevant departments.
- Schedule appointments and manage office calendars with efficiency.
In this role, you will perform various administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and correspondence. You will also maintain the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and presentable at all times.
Key Responsibilities- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary.
