Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to manage daily office operations at beBee Professionals in Thunder Bay. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Main Responsibilities
  • Office Management: Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence; schedule meetings and appointments, and maintain office calendars.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with data entry, filing, and report preparation; ensure the office is well-organized and maintain office supplies.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
