We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at McDougall Insurance and Financial in Brockville, ON. As a key member of our Commercial Lines division, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our clients.

Job Description

This is a full-time, permanent position that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as part of a dynamic team. The successful candidate must be interested in obtaining their RIBO License and possess a strong understanding of insurance concepts.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Servicing client accounts, including processing daily mail and updating claims status
  • Communicating with insurance company personnel to resolve client issues
  • Setting up new files and managing client information on our computer system
  • Assisting Account Managers with driver approvals and Letters of Experience

Our ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
