- Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Reception: Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide general information about our company.
- Document Preparation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Research: Conduct research to support business decisions and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records and support business operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
