Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team at NEXWAY IMMIGRATION SERVICES.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires strong organizational and communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the distribution of mail and other materials to relevant team members;
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences;
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines;
- Schedule and confirm appointments;
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages;
- Compile data, statistics, and other information;
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory;
- Greet clients and direct them to relevant contacts or service areas;
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems;
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
