Executive Office Coordinator

At 401 TRANSPORT CONNECTIONS, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, coordinating events, managing databases, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our management team, including preparing meeting materials, taking minutes, and maintaining files.
- Event Coordination: Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, including arranging logistics, communicating with attendees, and ensuring timely execution.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases, including tracking inventory, managing supplier relationships, and analyzing data to inform business decisions.
- Office Operations: Ensure the efficient operation of our office, including managing supplies, coordinating travel arrangements, and troubleshooting technical issues.
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, professional development opportunities, and a dynamic work environment. To qualify, you will need a secondary (high) school graduation certificate, proficiency in MS Office, and excellent organizational and time management skills.
