BeBee Professionals is seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Operations Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our Kitchener office, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities:- Manage Office Operations: Supervise scheduling, correspondence, file management, and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Supervise and Train Staff: Oversee administrative staff and provide training as needed to ensure a productive work environment.
- Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement effective office policies and procedures to support business objectives.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
- Work Experience: Proven experience in office management or a similar role is essential.
