We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Front Office Coordinator to join our team at beBee Professionals in Kitchener, Canada.
Role Overview:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls and visitors, and maintaining the reception area to ensure a positive experience for our clients.
About the Role:- Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
The Front Office Coordinator will perform a variety of tasks including:
- Greeting and assisting visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Scheduling appointments and managing office calendars.
- Performing general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Maintaining the reception area to ensure it remains tidy and presentable.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
- Previous experience in a front office or customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment.
