Duties and Responsibilities- Process renewals, endorsements, liability slips, and other tasks as requested by Account Managers.
- Sort and distribute daily mail, file active and inactive files, and manage open claims on the computer system.
- Communicate with insurance company personnel as required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and initiative-taking individual.
- Professional demeanor and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with team members, clients, and staff.
- A competitive salary range of $37,000-$42,000 per year.
