Career Opportunity

We are seeking a Technical Service Representative (TSR) or Assistant to provide support in Brockville, ON. As a TSR, you will work alongside Account Managers and Account Executives to deliver exceptional services to our clients.

Duties

">
  • ">
  • Process renewals, endorsements, liability slips, and invoicing as requested by the Account Manager;">
  • Invoice, summaries, enclosure letters, proposal binders, and other tasks;">
  • Sort and distribute daily mail;">
  • Filing of all active and inactive files;">
  • Request MVRs and Auto Plus records for Account Managers;">
  • Assist Account Managers with driver approvals;">
  • Update claims on the computer system;">
  • Set up new files for Account Managers and Account Executives;">
  • Communicate with insurance company personnel as required.">

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;">
  • Proactive and shows initiative;">
  • A professional manner at all times and maintain a position of trust and confidentiality;">
  • Acts in an open, respectful, honest, and helpful manner with all team members, clients, and other staff;">
  • A RIBO license is not required, however, considered an asset. The successful candidate must be interested in obtaining their RIBO License.">
