Office Operations Coordinator

At Musitechnic, we are seeking an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who possess strong organizational skills and can effectively manage administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, both manually and electronically
- Send and receive messages in a timely manner
- Perform data entry with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in office administration, including data entry and customer service
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
