Infantry Officer

The Royal Montreal Regiment is a leading infantry unit in the Montreal area and we are looking for motivated leaders to join our Regiment as an Infantry Officer. In order to apply, you must be a University graduate or a current university student regardless of program.

Here is a consolidated list of what we can offer you
- Incredible training that will serve as a benefit to your personal and professional life
- Guaranteed full-time employment for the first four years of your career, from May 1st to August 31st. Which means you can earn $ 11,000 in your first summer and 2000$ more each year following
- Part-time employment from September 1st to April 31st, we ask our staff to work on Tuesday evenings and some weekends. However, we offer a flexible work schedule, which means that you can work according to your preferences
- **STUDENTS** we offer **reimbursement of your tuition fees** 50% of your tuition fees can be reimbursed by the Canadian Armed Forces, including compulsory textbooks.

Visit our information sessions **every Tuesday at 7:30 pm** at 4625 St. Catherine Street West, Westmount, Montreal. It is mandatory to attend an information session prior to joining the Canadian Forces Primary Reserve.

What kind of work should you expect?

The Royal Montreal Regiment is an infantry regiment who are key members in the combat arms trade. We are responsible for the closure and the engagement of the enemy. As reservists, you will not be forced to deploy on operation. The Royal Montreal Regiment also takes part in ceremonial parades and participates in national operations and serve our community for community relief assistance.
