**We are currently looking for Receptionist/Office clerk to join our team in Montreal.**

**Primary Responsibilities**:
- E-filing corporate and personal tax returns
- Corporate archiving
- Corporate and personal tax assembly
- Scanning/photocopying
- Registered mail
- Bank/post office runs
- Boardroom set up for events
- Ordering food for events and coordinating meeting lunches
- Organize and manage government courier services
- Maintain and update employee directories
- Process and deposit checks
- Prepare and submit expense reports
- Sort and distribute incoming mail
- Coordinate in-house lunch arrangements
- Handle invoice payments
- Greet and assist clients, providing excellent customer service
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage scheduling and appointments for team members
- Handle boardroom requests
**What you need to succeed**:
- Flexible and willing to work on weekends
- 2-3 years experience in a similar role
- Ability to adhere to deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Detail-oriented individual
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior work experience in an Accounting firm would be an asset
