**Job Description**:
We are offering a unique opportunity for a Surgical Coordinator to join our practice on a commission-based compensation structure with a base salary. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating surgical procedures for our patients, guiding them through every step of their surgical journey, from initial consultation to post-operative care. You will have the opportunity to earn commission based on the number of surgical procedures booked and successfully completed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and coordinate surgical consultations and procedures for patients
- Educate patients on surgical procedures, pre-operative and post-operative instructions, and expectations
- Obtain patient medical history, consent forms, and necessary documentation
- Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure successful patient outcomes
- Provide support and assistance to patients throughout their surgical journey
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in both French and English, including speaking, reading, and writing, is required for this position.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a healthcare or surgical coordination role preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to patient care
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Sales experience preferred
