Job Overview: The Graduate Secretary serves as the main point of contact and resource for the Graduate Program within the Department of Pathology, directly reporting to the Department Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist graduate students, course coordinators, and academic programs.
  • Organize Master's and PhD defenses, along with thesis submissions.
  • Manage graduate student payments and award processes.
  • Facilitate departmental research and professional development activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Business or administrative diploma with three to five years of experience in a senior administrative role.
  • Proven ability to operate in a high-profile, confidential environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a university, governmental, or healthcare setting.
