About the Role

Pacific Motion Physiotherapy Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate staff member or service area.
  • Administrative Tasks: Provide basic information to clients, obtain and process information required to provide customer service, and maintain accurate records and logs.
  • Front Desk Operations: Operate the switchboard or telephone system, answer telephone calls and relay messages, and schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Financial Transactions: Receive and issue payments, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Office Maintenance: Perform clerical duties such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and experience with electronic medical records.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: Previous experience in a reception or administrative role is an asset.
  • Work Schedule: Availability to work 7 to 20 hours per week.
