Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Greet and welcome guests, respond to their inquiries, and provide information about hotel facilities and services.
  • Room Reservations: Process room reservations, cancellations, and changes, and maintain accurate records.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handle guest complaints, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and communicate with guests and colleagues in a clear and concise manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service or front desk role.
  • Language: English.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The Front Desk Agent will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interruptions and deadlines. The ability to work under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor is essential.
