About the Role

Pacific Motion Physiotherapy Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate staff member or service area.
  • Information Provision: Provide clients with basic information about our services and policies.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as sending invoices and receiving payments.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using electronic medical records, word processing software, and other relevant technology.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Work Conditions: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Language: English.
