About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Vice-President to join our team at Ocean Front Suites at Cowichan Bay. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate financial, human, and material resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with business objectives.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring effective structure and governance.
  • Regional Coordination: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, fostering collaboration and driving business results.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Promotional Campaigns: Formulate and approve promotional campaigns, leveraging market insights and business acumen to drive revenue growth.
  • Human Resources Planning: Approve overall human resources planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational needs.
  • Organizational Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, maintaining a strong reputation and building strategic relationships.
  • Leadership Development: Select and develop middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Work Environment: Ensure a positive and productive work environment, promoting employee engagement and well-being.
